Event Experience
We gather in the spacious garden pavilion, surrounded by the beauty and quiet presence of the grounds. The natural sounds of the pond and the surrounding gardens help ease the mind and body into rest. Participants are guided through a deeply calming blend of sound bath, Yoga Nidra meditation, and Reiki.
The session includes the resonant tones of various gongs, singing bowls, chimes, tingsha, and shamanic drum, along with Lisa’s intuitive vocal toning, offered to support grounding, energetic alignment, and a deeper sense of peace as it blends with the natural surroundings to encourage relaxation and energetic harmony. Through breath awareness and a guided Yoga Nidra journey, the body is invited to release tension while the mind settles into stillness.
Lisa Harthun, a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, Herbalist, and Reiki Master Teacher, intuitively supports the group’s energy flow and offers Reiki to each participant. No prior meditation experience is needed; the session is fully guided and accessible to all.
This gathering offers a peaceful space to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself. Adults and youth ages 12+ (accompanied by a parent) are welcome. Individuals, couples, and groups are invited to join. The event takes place rain or shine inside the covered pavilion. Please dress according to comfort and current weather conditions.

Where We Bloom - Reflections on the Wisdom of the Season
Where We Bloom - Reflections on the Wisdom of the Season, with Charnae Sanders!
A Guided Breathwork
Nature isn't the only thing blooming this season. Let's come together to connect around the ways we too are blooming & tending to our needs.
The springtime is a beautiful reminder that growth happens in many forms and at different paces. Just as seeds take time to root, gardens still require care so each flower can grow and bloom at its own pace.
This event is an invitation to slow down and reflect on the lessons and wisdom the spring season offers about growth, renewal, patience, and tending to ourselves with care.
Whether you feel like you are in full bloom, still planting seeds, or somewhere in between, this gathering offers an inviting space for you to pause, connect, and be reminded that growth does not have to be rushed to matter.
During our Time Together, You Will Be Guided Through:
A calming, spring-inspired breathwork meditation to help you reconnect with your breath and body.
Gentle reflection prompts inspired by the lessons and rhythms of the spring season.
Guided journaling to help you explore what it means to tend to your “inner garden.”
Meaningful group conversation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Opportunities to reflect on the lessons you are learning this season and how they can support your well-being.
You'll Leave This Gathering Feeling:
More calm and grounded
Inspired by the wisdom that the spring season offers
Encouraged to care for yourself with deeper intention and compassion
Supported by the shared reflections and insights of others navigating their own season of growth
Reminded that meaningful growth does not have to be rushed and blooming at your own pace is more than enough

Breathwork with Lisa Vecchio
Breathwork Journey with Lisa Vecchio
Join Lisa Vecchio, certified Breathwork Facilitator, for a 90 minute journey into the healing power of breath. The Elemental Rhythm method combines intention, movement, and breathing, all set to the rhythm of a uniquely curated playlist. I create a safe space for you to experience all the healing benefits breathwork has to offer, and we finish with time for integration of the experience through meditation, sound, sharing, and community connection.
Breathwork is a powerful healing modality that facilitates deep emotional, psychological, and physical release. With Elemental Rhythm breathwork we breathe to the beat of music, using varying paces of deep diaphragmatic breath, pranayama, and breath holds to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce CO2 in the blood, stimulate the vagus nerve, and activate DMT in brain. This can create non-ordinary states of consciousness, similar to that of psychedelics, which ignite intense self exploration, connection, and healing from the inside out. Put simply, this allows for the following benefits:
reduce stress, anxiety, depression
reduce pain and inflammation
release unresolved emotions
provide clarity and a deeper connection with self
heal inner trauma
naturally alter consciousness
expand awareness and increase intuition
enhance visualization to create life changing, breakthrough experiences
promote overall feelings of joy, gratitude, peace, and love
