Hand Tied Bouquets
Our bouquets are inspired by seasonal diversity and will connect you to spring, summer, and fall seasons in Michigan. These flowers are not your typical supermarket, generic flowers from South or Central America or Mexico. We start our flowers from seed, bulb, corm, tuber and in the case of Lisianthus plugs. As the season progresses, our bouquets evolve from spring beauties to include a great variety of summer beauties, We include many of the native perennial blooms that provide interest and long vase life. The season’s end climax comes with stunning arrays of perfect dahlias.
When we create bouquets, we naturally go with our hearts and choose to make each one unique. We hope you are just as amazed with the colors, textures, shapes, and scents as we are. When you receive one of our bouquets, feel free to bury your face in it without any worry of pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Our testing and customer comments say our bouquets last at least a week in the vase. Our bouquets are created with love for you and your home or workplace.

Bouquets are available for pickup on Wednesdays at 12:00, noon.

There are two pick up locations.
313 Newport, Jefferson Chalmers
A location a couple of blocks from the Grosse pointe Academy in Grosse Pointe Farms. When you check out, you will be asked to complete a form asking for your choice of pickup locations.

No. Every week there will be a selection of different color palettes available. If you need a specific color scheme, come early. First come first serve!

Yes. You will see a option below for delivery. If you are within 5 miles, we can deliver your bouquet. $5 a week. Delivered bouquets usually arrive by 1pm on Wednesdays.

If you go on vacation during the ten week Bouquet Share period, simply email or text Nancy, with the dates. You can arrange a makeup bouquet or half bucket of dahlias after the last share is over.
If you simply can’t pickup your bouquet at the last minute, Nancy can hold your bouquet over to the next day. Text or email. Any bouquets that are not picked up will be given to someone who needs cheer!
What if the Bouquet Share is sold out?

Every fall we determine the Bouquet Share offerings for the next year. Information is available here on the website. We give heads up and post this opportunity on Instagram & Facebook. The shares typically sell out right away!

Yes. We offer a limited number of shares each season. Our goal is to make each bouquet unique and lush.

Yes! When we have enough flowers, bouquets are available. Reach out to Nancy at 313-587-2446 or detroitabloom@gmail.com for bouquet availability. When we have an abundance we will open up an option in the Bouquet Shop to order bouquets as they are avaialble.

It depends on what you need and what is available during that part of the growing season. You can call or text Nancy at 313-587-2446 or email detroitabloom@gmail.com. Please provide your name and specifics. 24-48 hour notice is normally required.

Because bouquet making is an intensive process, we offer a half buckets of what is in season. This allows us to provide an option for DIY bouquets. The amount in a half bucket is generally more than 1 bouquet. Half Buckets will be available in the Bouquet Shop when we have the flowers to do so!
