Steel Tongue Drum Class with Demetrius Thomas

Demetrius will demonstrate and teach participant how to play Steel Tongue Drums and how to use their own for sound healing meditation.

Demetrius plays for our Tuesday Evening and Saturday Community Yoga classes (when available) and Sunday morning Full Lotus Yoga classes. He is also active playing at many event around the city. Check him out HERE
