Tom has written two cookbooks and is presently writing another called Spiritual Vegetarianism: The key to Unveiling Heaven on Earth. Tom’s partner, Nancy Weigandt, who is a suburb cook, will have three types of soup (Red lentil Eggplant, Broccoli and Potato with Dill, and carrot coconut)for attendees to sample. She will also have the ingredients to make these soups that will be given to three participants.
