How to Preserve Fresh Foods

For five years, from 2011 to 2016, Nancy and Tom operated a program where they grew fresh produce at their "adopted" urban farm - The Garden - for our CSA (community supported agriculture) program, where people received a weekly box of 15-20 lbs. fresh produce. During this time, Nancy learned and experimented through trial and error, the best methods for preserving food. In this workshop, Nancy will pass along this knowledge with you, including lots of Q&A time.
